Gooble! Why are you so sad?!
Hey Gooble! what? whats that? You're sad because you want to go to the party in my tummy? Oh ok! TRUST ME. You're going to the party in my tummy!
With my son's party coming up late June. I think I need to start practicing the goodies I'll be making for his party. This is one of them.
These are red velvet cupcakes. Instead of frosting them with butter cream...I dipped these in while chocolate.
Once the chocolate set, I just took a black and red gel icing tube and drew on goobles face. I made some mini cupcake goobles too. So if Gooble had a family, and they were edible...This is what they'd look like.
Whenever I see those cupcakes I get so hungry!! I'm crazy for chocolate!!
the chocolate icing is an awesome idea.. though i think they would look much better if you just used regular white icing. What fun little ideas you have for the upcoming party in June!

They were easy to decorate, but when you bite into them the chocolate flakes, it taste delicious, but I agree nice fluffy white vanilla icing might work best... or I can make some marshmallow fondant and cover them that way so they can be smooth...ahhh so many possibilities!
