Sophia's Birthday Party!
After sending in Sophia's Invite Blanche sends in pictures of the party. What a great cake!
I made a Foofa cake from a 8” tear drop cake pan and a 6” flower petal cake pan bought online. I trimmed off a portion of the top of the tear drop and attached the flower part with icing. Sophia is allergic to milk and eggs, so I made her a special recipe. I’m really proud of how it turned out, since I’ve never done anything like this before.

The cups included cut outs of YGG figures and photos of Sophia. The streamers, noise makers, and goodie bags had cutouts of YGG clip art taped or glued to them. YGG fortune tellers and puzzles along with non-YGG items were in the bags. The YGG masks were fun too. We played YGG shows on our TV. The kids were too young for games. They enjoyed running around with balloons.

My sister is awesome! I think it is so great that she was able to make Sophia's birthday so special. I just wish I didn't live so far away, so that I could have been there.
I am trying to have a Yo Gabba Gabba theme for my daughter and we live in Garland, TX and noone has the cake theme, please advise me on where you got your them at? OH AND HER BIRTHDAY IS 3.30.9
Thanks,
Shauntae
I found the two cake pans at ShopBakersNook.com
We're having Reagan's 2nd Birthday party this Saturday. We'll be using the heart-shaped pan idea for Foofa but this teardrop/flower pan combo looks amazing! Good job!
