Gwenie's 2nd Birthday Party
My daughter’s favorite TV show is Yo Gabba Gabba! Therefore, my husband and I decided that Yo Gabba Gabba! was going to be the theme of her 2nd birthday party. We bought her themed party supplies, from Celebrate Express, a month early and found that we had received an extra pack of the Friend bath squirters. We let our daughter, Gwenie, have the extra pack, figuring that it would be a good chance to start getting her excited about the party. Little did we know that, at that point, each Yo Gabba Gabba character had now become part of EVERY aspect of our life. Gwenie takes her Friends to the potty, breakfast, lunch, dinner and the car. We don’t remember what life was like without these Friends.
The party turned out to be a huge success. We’ve seen our daughter happy and quite excited, but never ecstatic like she was at her party. She actually let out a high pitched scream of craze while playing with a friend in her new Yo Gabba Gabba tent. It was a day that will never be forgotten.
