Made with Love
Cathi writes in:
My soon-to-be one-year old daughter, Jenny, LOVES the show - her favorite is DJ Lance! She claps her hand and squeals whenever he appears, and loves to shake her booty to all the songs. For her birthday, I made her a Jenny-sized Muno doll (toddler chair included in pic to show size, since I haven't given it to her yet)
YAY for How-To's! Cathi sent us how she made this awesome Muno! Scroll down and find out!

I'm not really a sewer, so it's definitely a 'made with love' type of toy. I also used the other Friends idea and made some gift bags - they turned out GREAT and were super-easy! My next project will be to make a DJ Lance hat -we'll see how that goes.
I'll send birthday pictures in a few weeks, since I'm also planning to make a YGG cake.
Love the site!
Cathi! We cant wait to see how your cake and DJ Lance hat turns out! If this Muno is any indication, its going to be awesome!
How-To Make your Muno with Love:
Here's how I made it:
I drew a picture of Muno the size and shape I wanted on a piece of paper to get an idea of proportions, then drew it in chalk on the wrong side of some red minky dot fabric. I cut two pieces out together. I also cut out two ovals for the bottoms of the feet, which was kind of a last-minute thought since I realized I wanted him to be able to stand up.
I used felt for the eye and mouth pieces, and machine-sewed them on to one piece of the minky fabric (right side). Next, I sewed together the two pieces of minky fabric, wrong sides together, plus the foot-ovals (I pinned everything first, but should've measure the feet better). I left a few inches open on one side as I was sewing, then turned it right-side out and stuffed it with quilting stuffing. I used a wooden spoon to get into the hard-to-reach places, an old trick I was taught. Finally, I hand-sewed it closed, and voila! A Muno pillow fit for a one-year old princess! Total estimated cost: $12, 3 hours of effort.
