Isabella's Birthday Party
My daughter Isabella's 2nd birthday was a Yo Gabba Gabba dance party.

I made all the friends large to take pictures with. I thought this would be a fun keepsake for guests. This was also my cake image. I used an fabric iron on of Foofa to embellish Isabella's polka dot party dress.

I decorated the party rooms with streamers, solid color table clothes, balloons & all the Gabba Gabba I could print out from the Nick Jr website. This included goody bags with basic things like bubbles & juice boxes that were made Gabba Gabba fun. I created labels adding her name, Gabba Gabba friends and fun phrases like "Bella's so yummy so yummy drink. There's a party in my tummy". I also made everyone a set of Gabba Gabba friends puppet sticks.

We played the Gabba Gabba DVD on a projector in the dance room so the kids could dance and sing along with the Gabba friends.

I made a homemade cake and had the photo image made at my local Albertsons. I made toothpick Gabba Gabba friends for cupcakes, and peppermint lollipops on skewers shaped like Foofa flowers with Gabba Gabba friends in the center.

The kids got Gabba Gabba masks to wear. They got to dance and sing until they got tired and then we made Gabba Gabba necklaces. I made the project out of foam, yarn & reduced size Gabba Gabba friends mounted on card-stock,laminated and hole punched. They were very proud.

Next we played "There's a party in my tummy" game. (I got it from another parents party. thanks) I drew Brobees tummy and all the things that went with the song. It was a blast!

We had cake, opened gifts, took pictures with Gabba Gabba friends, got into the Goody bags and got a second wind. We gave the kids glow sticks and they danced the night away. It was really fun.

Thank you parents who helped me by posting your parties and giving me ideas.
