Noah's 1st Birthday Party!
I am such a fan of your website!! It gave me soo many ideas for my son Noah's first birthday party, here are some pictures.
The cake was made at our local grocery store (Publix) and we added the Yo Gabba Gabba figurines which we purchased from Toys R Us.
This is my husband (Brandon), my son (Noah), and Me (Christine). My husband and I used the Nick Jr. Iron On printables, he was Plex and I was Toodee. My son's shirt (Brobee) and my nephew's shirt (Muno) was made from the pattern Nora had posted for Halloween on how to make the shirts like the kids on the show. We used a hot glue gun to glue the face parts, and sewed the whole pattern onto the shirts (VERY EASY!) THANK YOU NORA!!
** The Iron-On printables were a hit at the party! My husbands family also joined in and made shirts. **
This next picture is my little sister Natalie with her Foofa shirt (which we made from a $3 walmart shirt and the nick. jr iron-on printable). Right behind her in the picture are the goodie bags I personally made for the kids. These took a little time, but in the end the hard work paid off...EVERYONE LOVED THEM!! I would love to put these up on Etsy.com and see how many people would be interested in them...the kids loved them!!
This is the "Muno" onesie we made for my 5 month old nephew which was also made from using the pattern Nora had posted.
Here is the shirt my son Noah wore at his party (Nora's pattern too!)
These are pictures of the invitation that I also personally made and printed out to send to the guests. ( I used Photoshop to make the invitation) I found cardstock on sale at Walmart so I printed out the invitations and taped them on the lower inside flap of the card, and on the upper inside flap I printed out the picture of Brobee celebrating his birthday with Muno and Plex. On the outside of the card, I used those cute pattern scissors to cut out "It's a party, it's a party for Noah" and then glued it onto the card. I also printed out the sheet of Yo Gabba Gabba clip art and put different characters on all the invitations.
Overall we had a blast trying to come up with things to do for the party (since Yo Gabba Gabba party items are so limited, but we did use Birthday Express for the Boomboxes that were the centerpieces on the tables). I want to say Thank You! for putting up this WONDERFUL website for all of us Yo Gabba Gabba fans!!

I love the cake topper figurenes! I'm gonna make a YGG cake for my son's 1st bday in January...where can I find those figurenes?
hi! i love the invitation you created on photoshop! where did you find that background image and then did you layer everything else on top of that? thanks!!!
