Shaun's Yo Gabba Gabba First Birthday!
My son Shaun just turned 1 and I was so excited to plan his Yo Gabba Gabba themed party!!!
This is my son, Shaun. He loved the coolers!!
This picture is of Shaun, my husband, my mother-in-law, and me after the cake.
These next pictures are of the cake table. I made the cake using cake toppers from Birthday Express. Along with the 1-shaped cookies and take home Rice Cripsies treats. (They were a big hit because they had all the Yo Gabba Gabba colors!) I also made the banner myself.
This next set of pictures are the goodie bags and thank you gifts to the parents. For the goodie bags I printed out the ygg character from Nick Jr., and inside were personalized pencils that said, "Yo Shaun is 1", coloring books and crayons, candy, bubbles, Yo Gabba Gabba rings, and swirly lollipops that had a Yo Gabba Gabba sticker placed on them. The thank you gifts were old baby food jars that had candles in them. The label said, "Yo Shaun is turning 1.... let's break it down... thank you for coming!" Also, the bar code was his birthday!
The last two pictures are of the centerpieces. Shaun's old Simalic formula cans with tissue paper over them with Yo Gabba Gabba characters I cut out and placed on a stick, then added a balloon.
I really enjoyed his party! Also, which is not photoed are his Yo Gabba Gabba bowling game, pin the eye on Muno, and his make your own sundae bar. The sundae bar had chocolate and vanilla ice cream with 10 different sprinkles, chocolate syrup, cherries and whipped cream! Yummy!!
