Tyler's Birthday Party
My daughter Tyler just had a Yo Gabba Gabba themed birthday party and I wanted to enter it into your awesome birthday party contest. We made a lot of stuff and it was a lot of fun. It was AWWWESOOOOME!
We made this cake out of fondant. Ty calls it Muno's bumps cake.
This Brobee greeter was a big hit. Everyone commented on it on the way in.
We made a springy decoration with clip art clued to some heavy cardstock. We also used shiny wrapping to make it sparkle. ;)
For the banner Ty picked out some colors, and I cut out the letters using my Cricut machine. Then we added some more cute clip art, and put ribbon on each cut out balloon!
We wrapped the presents (including Grandma's to make the whole gang). Ty said, "Where's Foofa? So....
..we added a Foofa flower bow to the crib.
The Plex we made sat on our big blow up cupcake. He was so cute.
All the kids got to play with him, he made the cupcake fit in with the theme.
I think these party hats may have been my favorite items of all! My kids wore the ones that matched their Yo Gabba Gabba tee shirts.
We made this centerpiece out of construction paper and clip art.
We also used clip art for this hanging decoration. The little circles are recycled from the goodie bags we made for the pinata candy.
These goody bags have a sucker in the front with each characters' faces on them. That way everyone started out with at least one piece of candy!
Foofa was the inspiration for the pinata. It was a pull string one.
We also put the faces on the balloons from the balloons off the show.

We ordered a photo cake. It was dim, but it was ok.
Pin the tail on the Toodee was nice. Every one who played got a prize!
We played the Dancey Dance Bunch through the whole party for those who didn't know what Yo Gabba Gabba is! :)
And of course, the birthday girl!
I used your party hat picture to make Brayden's party hats and i have to say that was my favorite part of the party! So thank you so much for the idea, it really made my son's party aaammaaazzzinngggg! =]

hi, for the hats i just cut a slit in the hat and stuck a tab in half way. tape the inside down so it doesnt get a little one's head, and tape whatever u want to the outside to make it 3d. good luck go all out. i plan on having one in march for my son so vote then too lol thanx a bunch brandy

i don't know what yo gabba gabba is but all the decorations and cake and stuff were awesome you did a great job. i never went to such extremes for any of my kids birthdays but it looks like you all had fun:)
